General

   Dusting & wiping down all surfaces including: light switches, skirting, spindles and banisters, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators (that are easily reached);

   All other floors to be washed using correct type of cleaning materials;

   All glass ( furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc. ) to be cleaned with window cleaner;

   Windows to be cleaned internally  (that are easily reached);

   Windows sills to be wiped down;

   All doors and top of doors to be cleaned;

   Door handles to be polished;

   All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust;

   Switches and plug sockets;

   Carpets vacuumed and edge;

   Skirting boards dusted;

   Stairs, skirts and banister cleaned;

   Tidy room appearance;

   Dust and wipe furniture;

   Clean inside wardrobes and drawers (If it is empty);

   Clean behind/underneath furniture (if it can be moved by 1 person);

   Professional Carpet/Hard floor Cleaning – (if required/ extra cost);

   External windows (if required/ extra cost)

Kitchen

   Clean Fridge and Freezer internally, under and on top of it (Ensure freezer is defrosted before the service begins, otherwise our staff will be unable to clean it)

   Internal windows (clean internal windows that are easily reached)

   Wash and polish all work surfaces

   Clean inside all cupboards and drawers. (Tenants need to removed all stuff, food, carrier bags etc. and dispose of inside, if not the cleaner can’t clean)

   Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required

   Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned and polished ( mold growth if any removed from between grout )

   Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome (if required/ extra cost)

   Clean and remove grime from extractor

   Clean refrigerator removing all grime, mildew and food deposits

   Clean washing machine inside and out

   Clean dishwasher inside and out

   Coffee machine  inside and out, under and on top of it

   Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle and toaster

   Clean microwave inside and out, under and on top of it

   Bins to be cleaned inside and out

   Doors 

 

Bathroom

   Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished

   Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished ( mold growth if any removed from between grout)

   Bath, basin, taps, showers and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished

   Toilet to be descaled and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned

   All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed

   Mirrors to be cleaned and polished

   Floors to be washed and sanitized

   Internal windows (that are easily reached)

 

Bedrooms

   Beds – clean (any wood, glass or metal parts – polished)

   Mattresses – vacuumed from both sides

   Bedroom storage units (such as wardrobes, cupboards, night tables,      drawers, light switches, skirting, etc.)  clean inside and out - (If it is empty)

   Dust and clean window sills and ledges

   Internal windows (that are easily reached)

   Waste paper baskets – empty and clean

   Clean all doors and polish door handles
 

Living Room

   Clean and carefully dust all wooden furniture

   Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes

   Dust and clean window sills and ledges

   Internal windows (that are easily reached)

   Clean door, door frame, and polish door handle

   Hoover carpets (or mop where necessary)

   Clean all glass surfaces (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc)

   Dust light fittings and switches, skirting, curtain rails, pictures and radiators

 

Hallway and Stairs

   Stairs, banisters and railing – dust

   Floor – vacuum and clean carpet (or mop where necessary)

   Wipe skirting boards and door frame

   Internal windows (that are easily reached) 

Final check: 

   Check internal letter box – remove all old mail/flyers/handbills etc.

   Clean front door inside/outside

   Vacuum carpets (or mop where necessary)
