What are your deep cleaning operating hours?

A: You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work Monday to Friday. First clean can start from 7:00am and the last clean starting from 5:00pm.

Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?

A: Yes, our deep cleaning and end of tenancy teams come fully prepared, with all materials and products needed for the job.

How long will the clean take?

A: This depends on the size and state of the property. It's usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access.

Do you get rid of tough carpet stains?

A: We provide a basic carpet cleaning service and our team treatment most obvious stains. There will be occasions where our team are unable to get rid of tough carpet stains. Our team will try, within the allocated service time, to reduce appearance of any tough stains.

Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?

A: Our team will always strive to search for free parking or routes around the congestion charge, but where this is impossible customers will be asked to cover these costs.

Do you clean external areas?

A: We do cover every area upon an extra value. Pleas get in touch with us for more informacion about external areas

Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?

A: Please ensure that your fridge and/or freezer is defrosted 24 hours before the service begins, otherwise our staff will be unable to clean it.

How is our cancellation policy?

A: We reserve the right to apply a fee late changes and cancellations within 24 hours. Same fee will apply if cleaner is unable to get access to your property to carry out her duties.

How does you garantee the work?

A: We offer 42 hours guarantee for all end of tenancy cleaning bookings. We will reclean for free if any cleaning related issues found.

Clean inside cupboards and drawers?

A: We do cover inside and outside of cupboards and drawers, however we ask that they be empty on the day of service.
