Below are some frequently asked questions regarding our deep cleaning services:

  • What are your deep cleaning operating hours?
    You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work Monday to Friday. First clean can start from 7:00am and the last clean starting from 5:00pm.

  • What does your deep cleaning service do?
    Our end deep cleaning service is designed to be low cost and bring the property back up to an acceptable standard to hand over to the landlord, estate agents, or next tenants. It's not designed to provide a perfect, nearly new finish.


  • Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
    Yes, our deep cleaning teams come fully prepared for the job.


  • How long will the clean take?
    This depends on the size and state of the property. It's usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access.


  • If I have ordered carpet cleaning, how long do I have to leave the carpets to dry?
    For best results, leave the carpets for at least 24 hours after the service has been completed.


  • Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?
    Please ensure that your fridge and/or freezer is defrosted 24 hours before the service begins, otherwise our staff will be unable to clean it.


  • Do you clean external windows or hard to reach internal windows?
    We do not clean external windows, and only clean internal windows that are easily reached without the use of a ladder, this is due to the health and safety risks of working from heights.


  • Do you clean lofts?
    No, due to health and safety risks, we are unable to clean lofts.


  • Do you clean blood, faeces, or bodily fluids?
    No, our teams do not clean human or animal blood, faeces, or bodily fluids. This requires risk assessment and specialist cleaning.


  • Do you clean walls? Get rid of wall marks?
    No, we are unable to clean walls and get rid of marks, this is best done prior to our end of tenancy cleaning service commencing.


  • Do you get rid of tough carpet stains?
    We provide a basic carpet cleaning service and our team treatment most obvious stains. There will be occasions where our team are unable to get rid of tough carpet stains. Our team will try, within the allocated service time, to reduce appearance of any tough stains.


  • Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?
    Our team will always strive to search for free parking or routes around the congestion charge, but where this is impossible customers will be asked to cover these costs.


  • What are the possible upgrades to a deep clean?
    We can also do oven cleaning,  carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. These services will be charged as an additional cost.


  • Do I need to be at the property?
    No you don't need to be at the property, we just need to arrange for the cleaners to get into the property or get the keys for the property. Usually it is best that you are available at the end of clean to sign off the clean, if not we take photographs and leave a signed checklist of the clean at the property anyways. Keys can then be posted back through the door or collection arranged.
